Tongue scraping to remove toxins that accumulate on the tongue overnight as the body is detoxing. There tends to be more build up if digestion is not optimal, but tongue scraping is a great habit for everyone to get into first thing in the morning as part of a cleansing routine.
Tongue scraping should be done first thing in the morning before eating (so you don’t ingest any of the toxins on the tongue).
