Get the Most Out of Your Colon Cleanse

How To Use
Combine 1-2 tablespoons (1 serving) of the colon cleanse mix with a glass of water and stir well. You may like to add honey or apple juice to taste. Eat the colon cleanse fibre blend every 2 hours, 5 times a day for 4 days (eg. 8am, 10am, Noon, 2pm and 4 pm).
For Colon Cleanse sachets, 1 sachet = 1 serving.
It is REALLY IMPORTANT to be drinking A LOT of water during the cleanse! At least 1L between servings. Try to keep a bottle with you to measure how much water you are actually drinking. Freshly squeezed apple juice is also ok.
If you feel constipated or bloated you would probably benefit from doing an enema or colonic at some point during the 4 days, which will help reduce the discomfort.
Depending on how congested your digestive tract is, it may take 2-3 rounds of doing the 4 Day Colon Cleanse to really see massive results.
Choose Your Level
LEVEL 1: TAKE IT EASY (Cleanse + Healthy Diet)
Choose to take things nice and easy – especially if this is your first cleanse. Simply take 1 serving of the 4 Day Colon Cleanse first thing each morning (like breakfast) for 30 days, following your normal healthy diet for the rest of the day.
The best part is you can incorporate delicious Pulse RAW FOOD throughout the rest of the day, as a snack or meal replacement – whatever feels right for you.
LEVEL 2: GO FOR IT (Cleanse + Water only)
Choose a higher level of commitment by completing the 4 Day Colon Cleanse in four days, eating nothing else, as outlined in 'How to Use' - 1 serving, 5 times a day for 4 days. Suggested time: 8am, 10am, Noon, 2pm and 4pm.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to stay hydrated by drinking 1 litre of water in between each serving. Adding a pinch of Himalayan salt will help your body hydrate faster.
Tip: If you are feeling really hungry during the 4 days, you may have an apple or some cold-pressed apple juice.
LEVEL 3: GO HARD (Cleanse + Pulse + Water only)
This option takes a high level of commitment and should only be attempted if you intend to see it through.
For maximum results, complete the 4 Day Colon Cleanse as instructed in 'How to Use', then from Day 5 introduce 1-2 bags of Pulse RAW FOOD to eat throughout the day for as many days as you like.
As with Level 2, be sure to drink plenty of water for the remaining days of your cleanse.
Do not drink coffee or any caffeine products, and start noticing the positive effects of eating only Pulse RAW FOOD and drinking lots of water, has on your body.
IMPORTANT: Be in-tune, aware of what your body is telling you – it is, after all, the most intelligent thing you will ever own – so listen to it.
DO AN ENEMA
Doing an enema during a colon cleanse, or any time you are feeling a little backed up, will help minimise detox symptoms and move things along.
