Talk about stressed! My weight shot up to 75kg, but it didn’t end there.
In December 2018 that year my husband and I separated and I used the Divorce Diet and dropped to 55kg (I don’t recommend it!)
In July 2019 my father passed away and I found myself skinny, tired and miserable.
At this time I remembered how Hannah showed me that my body is an Emotional Body Type.
It gives me feedback really quickly and I needed to listen to my body at a whole new level.
Fast forward to December 2021 my weight was back up to 72kg, but this time I really knew what to do.
I continued to apply Hannah’s principles.
