Get ready to indulge yourself in our HEALthy version of Anzac Biscuits! Follow the ingredients below and enjoy these delicious and healthy snacks with your loved ones!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup YL Einkorn Granola

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1/4 cup Buckinis or hemp seeds

1/4 cup YL Dried Wolfberries

1/2 cup tapioca flour

2-3 drops of YL Cinnamon Bark EO

1/3 melted coconut oil

2-3 tbs maple syrup

Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 180c
  • Mix all the ingredients together, adding wet ingredients last.
  • Roll into walnut size balls and pat down so they’re flatter. Spread out on tray lined with baking paper. They will spread so make sure there is a fair bit of space between each one. Pop in oven for approx 10 minutes.
  • Let cool. Enjoy!!!
